It is a story about a scientist who runs a website named PRAYOGAM to which public will mail their problems. Scientist takes up a major problem and tries to solve it in his own ways and establishes himself as a parallel government. This time the major problem is Drugs. He conducts an experiment to catch the Drug Mafia. During this experiment, apart from catching drug mafia, the story runs across four different groups of people. They are Police, Gangsters, Students and Sex Workers. Story shows the relationship between the individuals of these groups and among the individuals of the same group. It portrays their emotions, conflicts, psychologies and philosophies they follow in their lives. Finally it presents the world they live in and the kind of system they follow from the makers point of view
